2020 NPA Conference

This session will discuss the challenges that many families face when planning for the future for a loved one with a disability. For many families the process of planning can be very confusing, and in all too many cases there is a lack of coordination between the attorney, the financial advisor, and the fiduciary leading to plans that all too often do not meet the family’s objectives. Steve will discuss the current challenges that families face, as well as future trends in government-based services that may affect the challenges that pooled trust administrators when serving their beneficiaries.
