Trustees, guardians and trust protectors are surrogate decision makers with distinct and unique roles. This workshop will explore the relationships between these professionals whose collective goal is to protect the individual with disabilities while also promoting autonomy. A discussion of “limited" guardianship will be an integral part of this workshop.
